Lawsuit Reveals Bone-Chilling Details of Half-Aborted Baby Left In Mother’s Womb

By Sarah Neely

Champaign, IL – An Illinois lawsuit filed under the pseudonym “Jane Doe” offers a bone-chilling reminder that elective late-term abortions are happening in America, and are done with brutal violence to children in the womb.

“Doe” sought an elective 22-week abortion at Equity Clinic in Champaign, Illinois on April 2, 2023 – just two years ago today. According to the lawsuit, abortionist Keith Reisinger-Kindle completely botched the “dilation and evacuation” procedure, tearing a quarter-sized hole in the woman’s uterus and leaving half of the child’s dead body in her abdomen.

The lawsuit also states that neither Kindle, nor any other employee, administered digoxin or any other drug that would have stopped the baby’s heart before or during the abortion.

“This child was likely brutally dismembered alive,” says Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue. “Twenty-two weeks is old enough to survive in the NICU, and Kindle mercilessly butchered this child in a way I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.”

Contained within the lawsuit is an assessment of the woman’s medical records by a board-certified obstetrician gynecologist. With access to her medical records came access to the operative notes detailed after “Doe” arrived at Community Hospital in Indianapolis.

The description of what the surgeon found in Doe’s abdomen is something out of a horror film–only it really happened to a very real child:

“The patient was found to have half of a deceased pre-born human being in the right pelvis of the patient with evidence of severe and intentional trauma. The baby’s body was transected at the pelvis with no legs or feet present. Stumps of both femurs extended from the soft tissue of the torso. The upper extremities were missing from elbow distally on both sides. The skull was crushed and no brain was present. The face was non-recognizable.…

“There were small bony fragments in the mother‘s pelvis. There was a hole in the posterolateral inferior aspect of the right uterus, which was approximately the size of a quarter to half dollar.…

“There was baby skull that was adherent to the patient’s ileum.”

“The fact that this kind of brutality to a baby is legally allowed in any state should sicken every American,” adds Newman. “Abortion is, without doubt, the greatest evil of our time when a child’s legs and feet can be ripped off, her skull crushed and face made unrecognizable, and the only reason the butcher who did it gets in trouble is when he does it wrong.”

According to the lawsuit, Kindle did numerous things wrong, including generating a note after the abortion to confirm “the uterus was empty, and that ‘[p]roducts of conception were visibly inspected and confirmed to be complete.’”

“Legal or not, Kindle should never be allowed to practice medicine again,” says Newman, “and Equity Clinic should be immediately investigated, if not immediately shut down. Operation Rescue will be following up with official complaints to every appropriate authority in Illinois.”
