FACT #2: The LAW IS BEING being egregiously VIOLATED by late term abortionist George Tiller!
FACT #3: Kansas agencies charged with enforcing this law are LOOKING THE OTHER WAY!
FACT #4: Since 98% of Kansas late term abortions on viable babies are performed on OUT OF STATE WOMEN, this is truly a NATIONAL CRISIS!
