Topeka, KS — Operation Rescue will hold a press conference at the Kansas Judicial Center to comment on oral arguments that are to be presented to the Kansas Supreme Court there in a dispute between Attorney General Phill Kline and two abortion mills over the release of medical records in child rape investigations.
Operation Rescue will present photographic evidence of massive document destruction that occurred at Women’s Health Care Services (WHCS), George Tiller’s late-term abortion clinic in Wichita, on Friday, just days before the scheduled Supreme Court hearing. The photos raise questions of possible obstruction of justice on the part of WHCS.
Kline has asked for 90 medical records that he says are needed in criminal statutory rape investigations. WHCS and Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri have refused to comply with Kline’s request.
