FDA Approves Non-Prescription Plan B Abortifacient For Teens

Washington, DC – Last week the FDA approved the non-prescription sale of the “Plan B,” a two-pill abortion drug to girls 17 years of age and older. This means that girls just past their 17th birthday can get the powerful abortion drugs
“Make no mistake, this is a move that will hurt young girls that may be confused about how Plan B works. It doesn’t prevent pregnancy as many news stories are erroneously reporting. Instead, it gives an early abortion to an existing pregnancy,” said OR President Troy Newman. “It is another example of the Obama Administration going out of its way to kill pre-born babies.”
