You are invited to join Operation Rescue on May 17-20 in Wichita, Kansas, the “Nation’s Abortion Capital,” to pray for an end to George R. Tiller’s late-term abortion business and for all pre-born babies everywhere to once again come under the protection of law. This will be a 77-hour round-the-clock prayer vigil.
THE SITUATION IS CRITICAL!

Kansas law has banned abortions after 21 weeks with vary narrow exceptions. Tiller was charged with 30 criminal counts related to the commission of illegal late-term abortions only to have them dismissed by pro-abortion politicians on dubious jurisdictional grounds.
The Legislature has squandered the opportunity to act to have the charges reinstated. An announcement is expected any day from pro-abortion Attorney General Paul Morrison concerning whether or not he will pursue charges against Tiller. Tiller’s political allies have effectively prevented the reinstatement of the charges, even though two judges ruled that there is probable cause to believe that Tiller committed the crimes.
In the meantime, Kansas laws that should be protecting babies past 21 weeks gestation are being ignored. It is estimated that at about five post-viability abortions take place at Tiller’s mill each week!
(Can you imagine a serial killer taking the lives of innocent victims at a rate of 5 per week? A horrified nation would expend every resource until the killer was brought to justice!)
“THIS KIND DOES NOT GO OUT EXCEPT BY PRAYER AND FASTING.”

While we continue to pursue every legal remedy available to bring Tiller to justice, it will never be accomplished without faith and a serious commitment to prayer.
When Jesus’ disciples were perplexed that they could not cast the demon out of a young boy, Jesus gave them the answer.

So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.” —Matthew 17:20-21

ROUND-THE-CLOCK PRAYER OUTSIDE TILLER’S MILL
This prayer vigil will begin on Thursday, May 17 at NOON with a special press conference and opening prayer, and will conclude on Sunday, May 20, with a closing prayer at 5 PM.
